Overview

PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor in Denver, Colorado, to enhance the pet parent experience while leading a team and upholding company values. The supervisor will be responsible for training team members, maintaining store standards, and facilitating a positive environment for both customers and pets.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to pet parents in-store and online
  • Facilitate associate experience through training, mentoring, and performance feedback
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Promote and coordinate store events and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain store cleanliness and safety for associates and pets
  • Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
  • Address and resolve associate complaints and grievances

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
