As a Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart, you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to pet parents while fostering an empowering environment for associates. Your responsibilities include overseeing store operations, enhancing the pet parent experience, and supporting the growth and development of your team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional pet parent service through various interaction channels
  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, and development
  • Lead and direct associates in daily operations and tasks
  • Manage pet parent concerns and promote store events
  • Ensure compliance with policies and maintain store cleanliness
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
  • Support live pet sales and pet adoptions
  • Assist in opening and closing store procedures

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency in computer applications
