Overview

PetSmart is looking for a Retail Customer Service Supervisor in Castle Rock, Colorado. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to pet parents while overseeing store operations, including associate leadership, brand integrity, and ensuring a positive store experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitates associate experience and supports development through training and mentoring
  • Responsibility for pet parent experience and outcomes, responding to concerns
  • Promotes store events and marketing, including adoptions and vet partnerships
  • Handles live pet sales and shelters pet adoptions
  • Operates point-of-sale systems and ensures transaction compliance
  • Maintains store cleanliness and safety for associates and pets
  • Leads shared responsibility for store opening and closing procedures
  • Assists in other departments as required

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Preferred leadership experience
  • Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
