Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to pet parents while upholding the company's values. Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate development through training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
  • Lead store events, marketing initiatives, and maintain brand integrity
  • Manage customer interactions and address pet parent concerns
  • Ensure compliance with store standards and cleanliness
  • Support daily task completion and oversee store operations as the Leader on Duty
  • Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale systems
  • Address health and safety concerns for pets and people in the store

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
