Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring a positive store experience for both pets and their owners. This role includes overseeing associate support and development, managing store operations, and promoting customer loyalty initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate experience and support development through training and mentoring.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and safety protocols.
  • Manage pet parent interactions and address concerns effectively.
  • Coordinate store events and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold brand standards.
  • Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Assist with the oversight of sales and adoptions.
  • Support overall store operations and assist in other departments as needed.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
