Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to pet parents while supporting the company's vision and values. Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, and mentoring

  • Promote store events and coordinate marketing for adoptions and vet partnerships
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the store

  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash transactions
