PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) to join their team in Englewood, Colorado. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to pet parents, upholding the company's mission and vision, and promoting a positive team culture and overall store experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support associate development through training, mentoring, and coaching
  • Manage pet parent experience and address concerns through various communication channels
  • Promote store events and coordinate marketing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
  • Oversee store cleanliness and safety for associates, pets, and customers
  • Assist with point-of-sale operations and cash transactions
  • Support other departments as needed

Required skills

  • Leadership experience preferred
