The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart plays a crucial role in enhancing the pet parent experience while managing various store operations. Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the associate experience through training, onboarding, and coaching.

  • Manage cleanliness and safety of the store environment.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures and manage daily tasks.
