Overview

PetSmart is looking for a Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) in Boulder, Colorado, to provide exceptional service to pet parents while upholding the company's values and strategies. The role involves leading associates, managing customer experiences, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety, all while fostering a positive environment for both pets and customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitates associate experience and supports development through training and mentoring.
  • Promotes the pet parent experience and addresses customer concerns.
  • Coordinates store marketing events and pet adoption initiatives.
  • Manages daily tasks and delegates responsibilities to associates.
  • Maintains store cleanliness and ensures compliance with company policies.
  • Acts as the Leader on Duty and addresses associate grievances.
  • Operates point-of-sale systems and manages cash transactions.
  • Assists in other departments as needed.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail customer service experience
  • Leadership experience preferred
