Overview

The Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to pet parents and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Key responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to pet parents both in-person and online.

  • Assist in managing live pet sales and adoptions.
  • Coordinate store events and marketing initiatives.

Required skills
