Overview

PetSmart is seeking a Retail Customer Service Supervisor (Key Holder) in Peoria, Arizona, to lead and enhance the pet parent experience. This role involves fostering associate development, managing store operations, and upholding the company's values in service and store integrity.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate associate training, onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
  • Ensure the safety of people and pets within the store
  • Promote and coordinate store events and marketing initiatives
  • Address and resolve pet parent concerns and oversee pet adoptions
  • Maintain store cleanliness and uphold compliance with policies
  • Lead associates as the Leader on Duty, delegating tasks effectively
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and manage cash transactions
  • Support various services businesses as needed

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Full-time availability with flexible scheduling
  • Proficiency in computer applications
