Overview

As a Retail Customer Service Supervisor at PetSmart, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to pet parents while supporting the store's operational strategies. This position involves leadership in training and developing associates, ensuring a high standard of store experience, and maintaining safety and cleanliness throughout the store.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the associate experience and support development through training and coaching
  • Manage daily tasks and validate completion for associates while acting as the Leader on Duty
  • Oversee pet parent interactions and handle concerns across various platforms
  • Coordinate store events and marketing initiatives related to adoptions and veterinary partnerships
  • Maintain store standards, safety protocols, and compliance with company policies
  • Assist with operational responsibilities, including point-of-sale transactions and inventory management
  • Ensure cleanliness of all store areas and uphold brand integrity

Required skills

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a customer-focused environment
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Full-time availability and scheduling flexibility
