Overview

Intuit is looking for a Retail Customer Experience Specialist in Dallas, Texas, to provide an exceptional customer experience in their new TurboTax retail locations. This role focuses on consultative selling and guiding customers towards informed decisions regarding their tax needs, all while delivering a personalized, premium service.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the store to ensure a great first impression
  • Proactively identify customer needs by building rapport and trust
  • Offer expert consultations on the TurboTax experience
  • Help customers navigate the entire decision-making process
  • Provide continuous support to convert potential customers
  • Offer critical feedback to shape the future of the program

Required skills

  • 3+ years in customer service or sales
  • Effective communication and problem-solving
  • Proven experience in consultative selling
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to build rapport quickly
