Marvin is seeking Entry Level Sales Representatives to join their team as Retail Brand Ambassadors in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will engage with homeowners at retail locations and community events to promote Marvin's premium windows and doors, scheduling in-home consultations with the sales team. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals looking to gain sales experience while enjoying flexible hours and strong earning potential.

Key responsibilities

  • Engage directly with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
  • Represent Infinity Replacement by Marvin in a professional and approachable manner
  • Identify customer interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations
  • Accurately enter customer details and appointment information
  • Set up and manage branded displays as needed
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals
