Overview

The Restoration Project Manager will lead restoration and reconstruction projects for residential and commercial properties affected by disasters such as fire, water, and storms. This full-time role requires overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
  • Prepare and submit accurate project estimates
  • Review budgets and work orders before project initiation
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with skilled tradespeople and subcontractors
  • Achieve operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and customer experience
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics
