Taco Bell - Marquette is urgently hiring a full-time or part-time Restaurant Supervisor. This role involves leading and supervising a team to achieve customer satisfaction and financial goals while ensuring compliance with store policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor team members to follow all service standards
  • Supervise service of guests and assist guests in need of service
  • Assist manager to establish and monitor sidework duty completion
  • Read and prepare daily communication sheets
  • Check restaurant and tables for cleanliness and proper set up
  • Provide clear direction to staff through verbal and written communication
  • Comply with attendance rules and maintain regular availability
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
