Gecko Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Marketing Manager for a hybrid position in Ashburn, Virginia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and boost sales across multiple restaurant concepts.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to establish strong brand identities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns and events to drive customer engagement.
  • Align brand presence through digital marketing efforts including website management and SEO.
  • Manage relationships with local media and influencers for positive brand visibility.
  • Implement promotional campaigns to enhance sales and customer engagement.
  • Create marketing materials to support partnerships with local businesses.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
