Perkins American Food Co. is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Restaurant Manager for its location in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This role involves overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food and service delivery, while managing all front-of-house employees within a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations and staff management
  • Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and guest safety
  • Understand and practice safe food-handling procedures
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training front-of-house staff
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience in family or casual dining
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
