Overview

JDK Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Perkins American Food Co. in Warren, Ohio. This role focuses on leading front-of-house operations and fostering an exceptional guest experience while supporting and developing the restaurant team.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency.
  • Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.
  • Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices.
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members.

Required skills

  • Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred.
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
