Overview

JDK Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager for their Perkins American Food Co. location in North College Hill, Cincinnati. This role involves leading front-of-house operations and developing a team while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a family dining environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
  • Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
  • Model safe food-handling and operational practices
  • Support the hiring, training, and development of team members
  • Step in as needed and take on additional responsibilities within the leadership team

Required skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in family or casual dining preferred
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on feet for extended periods
