Perkins American Food Co., part of JDK Management Company, is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Restaurant Manager for their location in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania. The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional food service and managing staff while contributing to a positive dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee front-of-house operations
  • Drive sales and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
  • Manage safe food-handling procedures
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training staff

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
