Perkins American Food Co., a leading family restaurant chain, is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations in Cleveland, Ohio. As part of JDK Management Company, the manager will ensure quality service and food delivery, while managing front-of-house staff in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification preferred

  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
