Overview

As a Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will play a vital role in enhancing guest and employee experiences while driving business results. You will lead store operations, handling both front and back-of-house responsibilities, supported by comprehensive resources and tools provided by the company.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Manage all store operations including staff leadership

  • Ensure successful implementation of restaurant management practices

Required skills

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Experience in employee training and operational excellence
