Restaurant Manager Do you love the restaurant industry? Looking for an upbeat atmosphere? We are looking for an energetic, creative, driven, and self-motivated Restaurant Manager at the Crowne Plaza Union Station. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing operations of all food and beverage outlets, delivering excellent guest experience while training staff and working within budget guidelines. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Manage all food and beverage operationsMaintain exceptional levels of customer serviceMaximize sales and revenueEnsure compliance with company standardsConsistently deliver product and presentation based on established recipes and standardsRecruit, manage, train, and develop the food and beverage teamWork within budgeted guidelines in relation to food costs, liquor costs, and payrollMaintain accountability for monthly food, beverage, equipment, and supplies inventoriesEvaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continued improvementEnsure communication meetings are conductedAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships Requirements Passion for service and the Food and Beverage industry A minimum of three (3) years of restaurant management experience. Knowledge and experience with forecasting, budgeting, inventory and Food & Beverage Cost, and labor management Ability to comply with all health department standards, including certificationsAbility to work under pressureStrong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skillsAttention to detail, efficiency, consistency, and organization are a must. Ability to multi-taskReliability, flexibility, and ability to work nights, and weekends on a full-time basisAbility to accurately handle money and credit card transactionsMust be a self-starter that is willing to motivate and develop team members.
