Overview

As a Restaurant Manager at Cracker Barrel, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and hospitality to both employees and guests. You will oversee all aspects of store operations, combining your passion for people with your restaurant management skills to drive business results and enhance guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all front- and back-of-house operations
  • Deliver excellent guest and employee experiences
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure effective service
  • Train and develop team members to be role models in hospitality
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and promote a caring attitude

Required skills

  • 2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in hospitality and customer service
