Overview

The Restaurant General Manager at Clementine in Yountville, CA will oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality. This leadership role involves partnering closely with the Executive Chef and maintaining high standards while fostering a positive team culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team, including hiring, training, and scheduling
  • Drive a polished service style that reflects the brand's values
  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef to ensure alignment between FOH and BOH
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and model hands-on leadership
  • Oversee daily operations including reservations and guest recovery
  • Monitor labor, service standards, and costs for high-quality operations
  • Create and nurture a positive workplace culture
  • Uphold health, safety, and labor standards compliance

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Proven success in a front-of-house leadership role (GM, AGM, or Service Director)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience training and mentoring teams
  • Familiarity with restaurant systems (POS, reservation platforms, labor tools)
