Overview

SSP America is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for its Gatsby Restaurant at Dulles International Airport in Sterling, Virginia. This role requires an experienced professional with a passion for high-volume food service environments and a commitment to food safety and leadership.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee front and back of house operations
  • Ensure food quality and safety

Required skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with executives and diverse teams
  • Proven track record in conflict resolution
