P.F. Chang's is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager or Operating Partner in Augusta, Georgia to lead their team in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of integrity and innovation while managing all restaurant operations and ensuring the highest standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

  • Demonstrate genuine passion for exceptional guest experiences and personalized service
  • Drive incremental sales through exceptional service and coaching team members on upselling techniques
  • Manage operations with a focus on KPIs and EBITDA targets for continuous improvement
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and professional growth within the restaurant
  • Inspire and motivate the team through training, coaching, and performance reviews

Required skills

  • Progressive restaurant/hospitality management experience
  • Recent prior experience as a General Manager for external hires
  • Valid driver's license for operational duties
  • Strong passion for guest-centric service
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving financial targets
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching staff
  • Understanding of inventory management and financial control
  • Proficiency in POS systems and corporate software
