Overview

SSP is seeking a Barista for Spinnakers at Victoria Airport. The role involves serving customers in a bustling airport environment and requires a Restricted Area Identification Card for security clearance.

Key responsibilities

  • Input orders into the register at the point of sale
  • Receive cash from guests and make necessary change
  • Maintain proper set-up of the bar at all times
  • Manage stock and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
  • Adhere to liquor regulations regarding serving alcohol
  • Perform general cleaning tasks to meet health standards
  • Greet guests in a timely and friendly manner

Required skills

  • Minimum one year serving experience
  • Serving it Right certificate
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
  • Basic mathematical skills for cash handling
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand English
