Braum's is seeking a positive and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager in Bentonville, Arkansas, to oversee daily operations and drive a great customer experience. This role requires leadership, customer service, and a commitment to maximizing store sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members
  • Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality
  • Oversee daily operations of food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales
  • Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
