Zaxby's is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Danville, Virginia, to ensure operational standards are met and exceptional guest experiences are delivered. The role involves managing daily operations, training and supervising team members, and maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all training requirements including certifications
  • Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team satisfaction
  • Supervise and coach team members to achieve goals
  • Plan and delegate shift assignments
  • Ensure service and product quality standards are upheld
  • Communicate performance issues to General Manager
  • Create a positive culture and healthy team morale
  • Handle guest and team member complaints and concerns
  • Maintain compliance with operational policies and guidelines
  • Report human resources and risk management concerns

Required skills

  • 1-3 years management experience required
  • Restaurant management experience preferred
  • Leadership qualities and organizational skills
