Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Zaxby's, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. This role includes managing team training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all training requirements including Food Safety and Manager Certification
  • Enhance guest experiences by ensuring satisfaction
  • Train and coach team members for optimal performance
  • Plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
  • Supervise and provide leadership to team members
  • Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Handle guest and team member complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain operational standards and compliance with guidelines
  • Report human resources and risk management concerns appropriately
