Overview

Zaxby's is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join its team in Clinton, Tennessee. The Assistant Manager will ensure the restaurant delivers excellent guest experiences while maintaining operational standards. This role involves managing daily operations, training team members, and fostering a positive work culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all training requirements including certifications
  • Enhance guest experiences and ensure team members exceed expectations
  • Train team members with ongoing coaching and development
  • Create and manage work schedules
  • Supervise and provide leadership to team members
  • Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager
  • Assist with performance reviews and mentoring team members
  • Maintain compliance with operational standards and laws
  • Handle and report guest and team member complaints
