Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Zaxby's, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and compliance with company standards. This role involves managing team performance, training staff, and maintaining operational efficiency while fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete Zaxby's Assistant Manager Development Plan and required certifications
  • Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet expectations
  • Train and coach team members for ongoing development
  • Create effective work schedules according to company standards
  • Supervise and lead team members to achieve goals
  • Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld
  • Handle guest and team member complaints in a timely manner
  • Maintain compliance with all operational policies and guidelines
  • Utilize management tools to keep accurate records
  • Report human resources and risk management concerns to management
