Overview

As an Assistant Manager at Zaxby's, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high operational standards. You will manage daily restaurant operations, oversee team performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all necessary training, including food safety and management certification.
  • Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed expectations.
  • Train and coach team members for optimal performance.
  • Create effective work schedules in compliance with company standards.

  • Maintain compliance with operational standards and legal guidelines.
  • Report HR and risk management concerns to management.
  • Maintain operational records and ensure safety procedures are followed.
