Zaxby's is seeking an Assistant Manager for their restaurant in Crossville, Tennessee. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining operational standards while providing leadership and training to team members.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all training requirements including food safety certification
  • Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members meet guest expectations
  • Train and develop team members through ongoing coaching
  • Create effective work schedules following company standards
  • Supervise and provide leadership to team members
  • Ensure quality of service, product, and cleanliness standards
  • Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager
  • Assist with performance reviews of team members

  • Handle and report guest and team member complaints
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and legal standards
  • Maintain accurate records using management tools
  • Work safely and report any safety concerns
