Overview

The Responsible Investment Program Manager at Fisher Investments will lead the lifecycle of the Institutional Group's responsible investment offerings, which encompass ESG, sustainable, impact, and SRI strategies. This role involves collaboration with various internal teams and a deep understanding of global ESG investment trends and regulations to ensure the firm’s offerings align with client demands.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and develop ESG-product strategy and roadmap
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis for ESG product enhancement
  • Create external product positioning and value propositions
  • Act as an internal ESG expert supporting training
  • Monitor market developments and evolving client preferences

Required skills

  • 5+ years in the financial services sector
  • 3+ years in ESG product development or investment management
  • Strong understanding of global equity markets and institutional investors
  • Knowledge of ESG-related trends and regulations (EU, UK, US)
  • Experience with tools such as FactSet and Morningstar
