Overview

Olymel is seeking a Network TI Manager to join their dynamic team in Boucherville, Quebec. The role involves designing, operating, optimizing, and securing the organization’s network infrastructure, while providing technical leadership and coordinating team activities to ensure consistent architectures and practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer and operate corporate network infrastructures
  • Manage equipment and coordinate network operational activities
  • Optimize network security solutions in collaboration with cybersecurity
  • Ensure application of security controls, incident management, and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in the evolution and modernization of network infrastructures
  • Provide advanced technical support and act as a network reference for IT teams
  • Document architectures, standards, and technical procedures
  • Coordinate activities and priorities of the network team
  • Contribute to resource development and application of best IT practices

Required skills

  • Degree in computer science, networking, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 15 years of experience in network administration and technical leadership
  • Experience with security solutions such as Fortinet, NAC, PAM, SASE, SD-WAN
  • Strong understanding of hybrid environments and security issues
  • Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong communication and collaboration skills
