Job Summary and Qualifications POSITION SUMMARY :Develops and maintains systems to promote high levels of patient, employee and physician satisfaction; as well as external customer satisfaction. Assumes 24-hour department accountability. Responsible for assuring adequate staffing and maintaining appropriate productivity standards. Oversees unit Environment of Care and other key regulatory functions. The Clinical Manager demonstrates an understanding of the budget process and staffing plan, implementing cost-effective strategies in staffing and supply management decisions.
