Overview

Our client is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care that improves patients' quality of life. This role involves working full-time night shifts and contributing to a supportive healthcare team.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain patient files in both paper and electronic formats
  • Accurately enter data into computerized patient records and billing systems
  • Assess patients' age-specific needs using principles of growth and development
  • Assist with EEG patient testing as needed

Required skills

  • Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy
  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license in New York
  • American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS)
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • Experience in patient care and assessment
  • Data entry skills
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Flexibility for night shifts
