Overview

The Respiratory Care Practitioner at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, Missouri, is a PRN position that offers flexible scheduling for individuals looking to make a difference in patient lives. Key responsibilities

  • Monitor and communicate patient conditions effectively
  • Implement advanced respiratory care modalities

  • Assist with the maintenance and calibration of respiratory equipment
  • Participate in maintaining supply and equipment inventory
  • Respond to medical emergencies and rapid responses

Required skills

  • Associate's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent experience
  • No prior experience required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS HCP) certification
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
  • Missouri Respiratory Care Practitioner certification
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
