Adult Residential Support Professional (Part-Time, Benefit Eligible) Location: Neillsville Center - Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Schedule: Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend 8:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m.Pay: Starting at $18/hour Make a Difference Every Day Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is seeking an Adult Residential Support Professional to join our team at Neillsville Center. Located in Neillsville, WI, Neillsville Center provides residential substance use treatment for men in a supportive, recovery-focused environment. As an Adult Residential Support Professional, you'll provide guidance, supervision, and compassionate support to residents while helping create a safe, structured environment that promotes recovery and independence. What You'll DoBuild positive, supportive relationships with residents.Provide supervision, encouragement, and positive role modeling.Support residents in achieving their individualized treatment goals.Monitor and/or administer medications in accordance with program policies.Observe, document, and report resident behaviors and progress.Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, grocery shopping, and daily living activities.Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations.Transport residents to appointments, meetings, and other approved activities.Maintain confidentiality while communicating professionally with residents, coworkers, and community partners.Attend required meetings and trainings.Perform other duties as assigned.
