The Residential Sales Representative at Astound is a critical role focused on door-to-door outside sales within the Greater Boston area, enabling the representative to drive their earnings through a base salary and uncapped commission structure. The position offers an attractive earning potential, including total on-target earnings of $89,000 plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for high performers within the telecommunications sector.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory
  • Identify and offer appropriate products and services to meet customer needs
  • Engage in technical discussions and demonstrations with potential customers
  • Execute sales strategy to increase territory sales
