Overview

The Residential Rehabilitation Services Supervisor at Accessible Space will coordinate the daily operations of the residential rehab program in Las Vegas. The role focuses on managing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide supervision for direct reports
  • Develop and maintain staffing schedules
  • Maintain on-call coverage for after-hours concerns
  • Build teamwork among staff
  • Ensure staff are fully trained
  • Maintain personal presence at the site to address client concerns

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience with adults with disabilities
  • Successful management/supervisory experience (five years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service focus
  • Confidential data management
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Valid driver's license
