Overview

The Residential Maintenance Technician at Midland Management LLC is responsible for preserving and repairing the physical condition of residential properties. This role involves ensuring all systems operate efficiently, addressing repairs related to utilities, and maintaining a high standard of tenant satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems
  • Repair or replace faulty equipment and appliances
  • Troubleshoot issues with appliances and systems
  • Fix leaks, unclog drains, and repair plumbing systems
  • Repair or replace light fixtures, outlets, and electrical circuit breakers
  • Maintain and repair heating and cooling systems
  • Conduct carpentry repairs for walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to resolve maintenance concerns
  • Schedule regular preventative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain an inventory of tools and supplies
