Overview

The Residential Maintenance Technician at Midland Management LLC plays a crucial role in maintaining and repairing residential properties. This position focuses on ensuring the efficient and safe operation of all systems and equipment, addressing issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and carpentry while providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other residential systems
  • Repair or replace faulty equipment, appliances, fixtures, and other systems
  • Troubleshoot issues with appliances and systems, taking corrective actions
  • Fix leaks, unclog drains, and maintain plumbing systems
  • Repair or replace electrical fixtures and ensure systems are code-compliant
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems and perform regular maintenance
  • Repair damaged structures including walls, floors, and ceilings
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to resolve maintenance concerns
  • Respond to work orders in a timely manner to ensure tenant satisfaction
  • Schedule and conduct preventative maintenance inspections
  • Maintain inventory of tools and order necessary parts for repairs
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations
