Overview

Parker & Sons is seeking HVAC Sales Technicians in Tucson, AZ to provide excellent customer service while diagnosing HVAC systems, offering repair options, and ensuring compliance with local and national codes. The role requires strong communication and mechanical skills, and a commitment to quality work.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect, repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
  • Build client relationships through outstanding service and communication
  • Educate clients on system maintenance requirements
  • Document service performed and recommendations made
  • Complete tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently
  • Experience with Service Titan (preferred)
