Overview

Parker & Sons is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Phoenix, Arizona. This role offers stability, a full schedule of work year-round, and opportunities for career growth through dedicated training and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Inspect HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
  • Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems through observation and testing
  • Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment
  • Operate hand and power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment
  • Explain issues and work to be performed to customers
  • Perform routine maintenance and filter changes as per customer agreements
  • Maintain inventory and keep service vehicle stocked
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

Required skills

  • Strong mechanical background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Type I, II or higher EPA Certification
  • 2+ years of HVAC experience in installations, maintenance, and service
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
  • Valid Driver's license
