Parker & Sons is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Phoenix, Arizona, to deliver top-quality customer service while performing HVAC installations, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics. Key responsibilities

  • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
  • Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems through observation and testing
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment for troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Operate hand tools and measuring equipment to service mechanical systems
  • Explain issues and timelines clearly to customers
  • Perform routine maintenance and filter changes
  • Maintain inventory and keep service vehicles stocked
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

Required skills

  • 2+ years of HVAC experience in installations, maintenance, and service
  • Type I, II or higher EPA Certification
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
  • Valid driver's license
