Parker & Sons is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in Tucson, AZ, to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. The role involves diagnosing HVAC systems, offering repair options, and ensuring work meets local and national codes.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Operate various hand and power tools for inspection and repair
  • Build client relationships through effective communication and service
  • Educate clients on system maintenance requirements
  • Identify opportunities to improve clients' home comfort systems
  • Document service performed and recommendations
  • Complete tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Required skills

  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, diagnosing, and troubleshooting
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
