Parker & Sons is seeking motivated Residential HVAC Service Technicians in Phoenix, Arizona, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities

  • Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
  • Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems through observation and testing
  • Disassemble and reassemble equipment for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
  • Explain issues and work processes to customers, providing timelines and updates
  • Perform routine maintenance and filter changes per customer agreements
  • Maintain inventory and service vehicle supplies
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers

Required skills

  • 2+ years of HVAC experience in installations, maintenance, and service
  • Type I, II or higher EPA Certification
  • Strong mechanical background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Service Titan preferred
  • Valid Driver's license
